To achieve these aims, the school has on its roll a team of highly competent and experienced teachers selected strictly on merit basis with background of reputed school. The Director has long experience of Directorship and teaching of various schools for 25 years he comes at our school three days in every week. He is well known for his administrative abilities, orgnising skill, academic competence,and commitment to discipline. The teaching staffs are dedicated to the task and academically sound and proficient in teaching methods to maintain a high standard of teaching. They are given regular tips of teaching method briefings and orientations through workshops, refresher and orientation courses to improve to their teaching skill.

Being an Principal & Educationist, I am of the opinion that in imparting education to children the focus should be on character building and creation of an environment to learning. The idea if the knowledge society and knowledge worker is spreading rapidly around the world. In such a scenario the learning process cannot be confined to books. The children should be given an opportunity to grow and prove their calibre so that they can meet the challenges and lead a prosperous life. With this aim in mind, we exhort the students to participate in a number of co-curricular activities. It gives me immense pleasure to see the students participate in the activities with great enthusiasm. The activities which range from debates, elocution, dance, drama, song, art and craft and creative writing, help in unearthing the hidden talents of the children and allow them to air their views.

COURSES OF EDUCATION
The school follows CBSE (DELHI) Course. We have evolved and introduced new methods and abreast (latest) techniques of teaching so that our pupils achieve excellence and produce best results at the secondary and senior secondary examination and other competitive tests. The medium of instruction is English but school takes care to develop among the children proficiency in flawless writing and fluent speaking both English and Hindi. Sanskrit is taught as third language. In order to develop aptitude for science and Mathematics, orientation courses are organized and motivational techniques aren’t applied to make the study of science and Mathematics absorbing and interesting and enhance reasoning and analytical faculty. Besides routinising their habits and activities the school explores and encourages the creativity and latent potential of children.

Our School is located at Phulwariya(Fatuha). It is 20 km far from Capital of Bihar 02 km far from Hardasbigha railway station 03 km far from Fatuha railway station , The school is situated on the flank of the Ganga River the surrounding of the school is natural, free from pollution and away from the din and bustle of the town, surrounded by green tree, orchard and plants, the campus is suitable for a growing child.

The school sprawls over a big piece of land and has a spacious building especially constructed for school and teaching work. It includes a playground for faciliting games and sports activities and ensuring free movement of students during recess and before and after the classes.

PARENT-TEACHER MEETINGS
An effective communication chanel among teachers, students and parents is maintaining by holding periodically meetings among them. Parents are always welcome to meet the Director, Principal, teacher with prior appointments with them to discuss the academic progress, etc. There have been fasciliated visiting hour to meet them. Parents can meet them in visiting hours. Progress reports are also sent to the parents after each examination to keep them informed about the progress of their wards.
